1. No person under the age of 18 may purchase a raffle ticket or receive any prize.
2. The price of a raffle ticket is $100. Ticket sales will be limited to 2000. The odds of winning are 1:2000 if all tickets are sold.
3. Subject to the maximum number of tickets (2000), there is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased by any individual.
4. If fewer than 650 tickets are sold, the raffle will be cancelled and all purchasers will receive a full refund of their raffle ticket(s) purchase.
5. All checks/money orders/credit cards must be payable in U.S. funds only.
6. The winner at his/her discretion can select one car from the following three choices:
- 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic Sedan base – MSRP $51500 or
- 2011 Porsche Cayman Coupe Base – MSRP $51500 or
- 2011 BMW 535i rear wheel drive sedan with Navigation option – MSRP $51500.
7. No substitution of the offered prize will be made and no cash will be given in lieu of the prize.
8. The winner of the vehicle must accept delivery of vehicle within 90 days of written notification or prize is forfeited. The winner will be notified by certified mail.
9. All applicable taxes, including any luxury taxes, are the responsibility of the winner based on the retail or cash value of the prize. License and all fees are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Winning ticket cannot be assigned, transferred or sold. Vehicle will be titled in winner’s name only and cannot be changed.
11. Results of the drawing will be certified a Public Accountant.
12. The winner will be selected from the container in which the purchased ticket stubs for the prize shall be mixed and drawn. Each ticket will have an equal chance of being drawn.
13. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
14. Tickets will remain on sale until December 24, 2010 or when 2,000 tickets are sold whichever happens first.
15. The drawing will be held at 46, Livingston Ave. , East Millstone, NJ 08875) on December 24, 2010 at 5:00 PM.
16. A person does not need to be present at the raffle drawing to be eligible for the prize drawing.

18. The The New Jersey Raffle license number is: NJLGCCC# 303-1-36875 and Municipal License number is RL# 1843.
19. Raffle vehicle is built to USDOT specifications.
20. The entire net proceeds of this raffle shall be devoted exclusively to the lawful purposes of St. Thomas Syro Malabar Church of East Millstone (a 501(c)(3) tax exempt not-for-profit organization) for the purpose of New Church Building Fund.
21. St. Thomas Syro Malabar Church of East Millstone assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or undelivered entry forms.

23. The liability of the church for tickets printed or produced in error or for defective tickets shall be limited to the replacement of the defective ticket with another unplayed ticket or reimbursement of the holder at the retail sale price of the ticket.

25. All prize awards are subject to claim procedures, validation tests, and other applicable requirements of the New Jersey Lottery.
26. Sales Receipt are not valid receipts and connot be used to claim a prize.
27. The purchaser of tickets has the sole responsibility for checking the accuracy of the data printed on the tickets.
28. St. Thomas Syro Malabar Church reserves the right to suspend, cancel or change the drawing date.
29. St. Thomas Syro Malabar Church required to report according to the regulations of the IRS and the New Jersey State Tax Agencies.
30. Tickets are void if :
a) Stolen, unissued, unreadable, mutilated, altered, reconstituted, counterfeit in whole or in part, miscut, multiply- printed, defective, tampered with, printed or produced in error, blank, or partially blank.
b) Printing is irregular.
c) Apparent or asserted symbols are not confirmed by validation number.
d) The ticket fails any of the Lottery’s other validation tests.
